Description
The center offers private swimming lessons for adults of all skill levels — from beginners to confident swimmers. Each training program is customized based on individual goals: learning from scratch, improving technique, increasing endurance, post-injury recovery, or maintaining overall fitness.
Swimming helps strengthen the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, improves posture, flexibility, and coordination, and supports stress relief and relaxation.
Lessons take place in a safe and comfortable environment under the guidance of an experienced instructor using modern equipment.
Contraindications:
– Acute infectious illnesses (flu, colds, sore throat)
– Fever (above 38°C)
– Skin infections or open wounds
– Severe respiratory diseases (asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis)
– Serious cardiovascular conditions
– Uncontrolled epilepsy
– Mental disorders with aggressive behavior
– Acute kidney conditions
– Allergy to chlorine (based on medical advice)
A medical consultation is recommended before starting the course in case of chronic conditions.
What to bring: swimsuit or swim trunks, swim cap, goggles (optional), towel, non-slip flip-flops, shower supplies.
