Description

You are warmly invited to a live Women's Circle—a safe and welcoming space filled with trust, warmth, and genuine connection.

This is a place where you can simply breathe, be yourself without judgment, and experience the kind of authentic connection with other women that is often missing from everyday life.

Now is the perfect time to slow down, gain a fresh perspective, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your inner strength.

❤️ You don't have to do it alone.

What to Expect

This gathering focuses on self-worth and healthy personal boundaries.

If you've ever found yourself thinking:

• "I can't do this anymore."

• "I'm exhausted."

• "I wish I could say no."

—it may be time to reconnect with your own needs.

Healthy boundaries are not walls that separate us from the world—they are doors that allow us to choose what and who belongs in our lives.

This is not a lecture.

It is an experiential journey combining psychological reflection, symbolic practices, and expressive art therapy.

Together we will explore:

✨ Self-Worth

Learn to recognize your value independently of external approval, criticism, or rejection.

✨ Letting Go

Through a symbolic release practice, you'll gently let go of accumulated emotional burdens, unmet expectations, and resentment, creating space for greater peace and clarity.

✨ Art Therapy Integration

At the end of the session, you'll express your renewed emotional state through painting, creating a personal symbol of your next chapter to take home.

🍵 The evening concludes with a tea ritual and sweet refreshments.

This gathering is for you if...

• You feel emotionally exhausted or burned out.

• You're tired of always putting everyone else first.

• You struggle to say "no" without guilt.

• You've experienced disappointment or emotional neglect.

• You want to strengthen your self-worth and self-respect.

• You're looking for a safe, judgment-free environment built on trust and mutual support.

What you'll take home

💛 Greater inner peace.

💛 Stronger self-worth.

💛 More energy for your own dreams and goals.

💛 Clearer personal boundaries.

💛 A supportive community of women.

Your value is not measured by how convenient you are for others. Your true value begins the moment you choose yourself.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
