The New Year’s Eve experience includes a festive 8-course dinner and full evening program.
The celebration begins at 21:00 with welcome drinks, live music and the start of the dinner.
After midnight, from 00:30, the DJ set continues the night.

•4th course: Terrine de Canard, Bacon & Foie with Horseradish Cream
•Entremet: Sour Mandarin Sorbet
•5th course: Duck Cherry Sherry with Velvet Beet Purée
•6th course: Sturgeon in Champagne Sabayon with Black Caviar & Cauliflower–Parmesan Purée
•7th course: Smoked Ribeye with Sake Glaze
•Pre-dessert: Winter Gingerbread Parfait
•8th course: Dessert Gâteau au Miel
