On September 21, Tbilisoba Sunday, from 16:00 to 20:00,

ibis Styles Old Tbilisi Hotel (39 Kote Abkhazi Street) invites you to a special celebration.

Together with culinary expert Keti Bakradze and the hotel’s chef Alexander Chachanidze, the atmosphere of Old Tbilisi will come alive.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste dishes of Tbilisi cuisine prepared with unique recipes.

There will also be an exhibition-sale of Georgian handmade souvenirs, traditional sweets, aromatic snacks, memorable gifts, and varieties of Georgian wine.

The event will take place in the “Italian Courtyard” – an authentic space where, according to Tbilisi tradition, neighbors of different nationalities gathered around a common table, creating a truly family-like atmosphere.

This culinary celebration and time-travel experience will be enjoyable for both adults and the younger members of your family.

The Tbilisi tasting buffet menu includes:

• Mixed kebab (chicken, beef, pork)

• Pork shashlik with beet marinade

• Grilled vegetables

• Dolma in vine leaves with matsoni sauce

• Special homemade pan-baked khachapuri

• Buffalo yogurt with honey and granola

• Caramelized nuts and sweets

• Pelamushi with almond flakes

• Lagidze water

• Side dishes: hummus, tzatziki, red cherry tkemali sauce

• One glass of wine

The presentation part will start at 16:30, where Keti Bakradze will introduce guests to the uniqueness of Tbilisi cuisine, the blend of Eastern and European elements in the recipes of Barbare Jorjadze, and the spirit and culture embedded in Georgian gastronomy.

The second part of the event will focus on discovering Tbilisi flavors: guests will be able to taste special dishes and explore or purchase a variety of products presented at the exhibition-sale.
