Tbilisi Gastro Week 2026: Grand Finale Gala Dinner

The closing event of Tbilisi Gastro Week will take place at one of the city’s most distinguished venues — Ati Restaurantat Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace.

This will be an evening where modern Georgian cuisine, innovative Basque gastronomy, and contemporary Spanish culinary techniques come together in one unforgettable experience.

Four chefs, each known for their conceptual vision and ability to create storytelling through flavor, will present a truly exceptional dining journey.

Basque chefs Javier Rivero and Gorka Rico, together with Georgian chefs Vakho Gobejishvili and Eka Baghdavadze, will create an unforgettable culinary experience.

The dinner features a 6-course tasting menu, with each course paired with carefully selected Georgian and European wines.
