On May 24, the studio will host a practical session of Taoist exercises designed to release tension, restore energy, and bring lightness back to the body and clarity to the mind.
The practice combines gentle movement, breathing, and focused attention. It is especially beneficial for people with an active lifestyle and high mental нагрузкой — those who work a lot, train intensively, or simply want to support their health, concentration, and inner stability.
During the session:
— basic qigong exercises for the spine, joints, and breathing
— Taoist elixir meditation combining breath, attention, and gentle abdominal movement
— one of the most well-known qigong sequences adapted through the Taoist “Nourishing Life” system
— several exercises from the tradition of Taoist internal alchemy
After the practice, participants often notice:
— lightness in the body and spine
— calmness and clarity in the mind
— a gentle flow of energy and a feeling of inner reset
The practice requires no previous experience and is suitable even for complete beginners.
The session will be guided by a qigong teacher with more than 20 years of experience, studying with masters of traditional Taoist schools.
