As part of the "Personal and Professional Development" training series at the Academy of Thinking, a session will be held with Nini Elbakidze.
In our everyday lives, we often face challenges and stressful situations. To cope with them effectively, we need the right internal resources. These resources determine whether a situation will have a positive impact on our growth or become damaging instead.
Sometimes, our reactions in a crisis may seem effective in the short term, but over time they can lead to emotional exhaustion. What once appeared to be a solution might eventually harm our mental well-being.
Each person has their own coping mechanisms. However, what matters most is how effective these strategies truly are — do they help strengthen our emotional resilience, or do they hinder us and those around us?
To maintain emotional hygiene, it’s important to understand our style of thinking and behavior, gain insights into truly helpful emotional regulation strategies, shift our attitudes, and practice these skills in daily life.
Attendance is in-person only.
The session will include a light buffet and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
