Start your morning with a practice that gently awakens the body, clears the mind, and fills you with energy for the day ahead.
Format: Group Hatha Yoga practice with elements of Vajra Yoga.
This is for you if:
• you want to start the day slowly, with care for yourself;
• you’re looking for a body-based practice that doesn’t require being "flexible" or "experienced";
• your back needs attention and you want gentle work;
• you simply want to feel lightness, clarity, and inspiration.
During the practice:
• breathwork and mindful attention;
• safe movement directions for the spine;
• shavasana under the open sky — full relaxation for body and mind.
After class, you’re welcome to stay for breakfast and coffee at STAIRS (participants get 10% off the full menu).
What to bring:
• your yoga mat;
• a warm sweater and socks for final relaxation.
