On February 5 (Thursday), a round table discussion will be held on the topic:
“Restaurant Business in 2026.”
A round table is a discussion format where all participants share their opinions and experiences on a given topic.
We will discuss last year’s rumors about the mass closure of restaurants and talk about the prospects of the restaurant industry in 2026.
The moderator of the discussion will be Shota Burjanadze, founder of the Georgian Restaurant Association.
Shota is also the founder of the SteakHouse No.1 chain and is currently opening a new project at the Radisson Red location in Tbilisi.
