Description

Do you feel that tasks which once seemed easy now require tremendous effort?

➡️ You wake up already feeling exhausted and constantly short on time.
➡️ Things that never used to bother you now easily irritate you.
➡️ You're struggling to concentrate and your motivation has declined.

These may be signs of professional burnout.

Burnout can affect anyone living under constant pressure, heavy workloads, ongoing stress, and neglect of their own well-being.

During this training, you will learn:

• How to recognize the early signs of professional burnout.
• The difference between burnout and ordinary fatigue.
• Why rest alone is often not enough to restore your energy.
• How to rebuild your emotional, physical, and professional resources.
• Practical steps you can take immediately to prevent burnout from worsening.
• How to recover after experiencing professional burnout.
• How to maintain healthy psychological self-care ("psychoecology").

The training combines evidence-based psychological knowledge with practical tools that participants can immediately apply in both their personal and professional lives.

Professional burnout affects daily decisions, performance, and overall quality of life. Learning how to recover from burnout and protect your mental well-being is one of the most valuable skills for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
