Health & Well-Being: Taiso Physical Practice
Young people and adults aged 14 and above are invited to develop resilience, improve body awareness, and strengthen their overall well-being through the Japanese-inspired practice of Taiso.
Movement, breathing, and attention become one.
The session combines two complementary types of exercises:
Learn to manage aggression and tension by exploring the principles of respectful self-defense.
• Develop self-control and emotional balance
• Improve your ability to respond calmly to conflict
• Explore non-aggressive approaches to protection and interaction
Release stress and restore energy through invigorating physical exercises.
• Reduce anxiety and mental fatigue
• Improve flexibility and body awareness
• Restore balance and vitality
The practice is designed to support both physical and emotional well-being, helping participants feel more grounded, focused, and confident.
