Classes will be led by yoga teacher Karina Kodak, an instructor with over 10 years of experience. Her approach is gentle and safe for the spine and joints, yet highly effective. One unique feature of her method is that you don’t feel exhausted during the practice thanks to a balance of strength-building and meditative exercises — but afterward, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and mentally clear.
