These are three different but interesting methods related to self-exploration, stress relief, and personal development:
Neurographics – a creative method that helps work with inner states, emotions, and goals through drawing. By creating specific lines and shapes, a person "rewrites" their mental patterns, reduces anxiety, and finds new solutions. The method was developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev.
MAC (Metaphoric Associative Cards) – a psychological tool that helps to better understand emotions, experiences, and hidden thoughts. These cards are used in therapy, coaching, and self-exploration. The method works through images and associations that a person sees in the pictures.
Nail Standing – a practice of standing on a board with nails. It may sound extreme, but in reality, it helps develop concentration, stress resilience, inner strength, and trust in one's body. It is used in yoga, meditation, and as a way of self-overcoming.
