💡 On September 15, as part of the “Motivation and Self-Esteem” lecture series at the Academy of Thinking, a salon-style discussion will be held with psychologist Nino Buadze, a psychotherapist at Integra Mental Health Center at the Academy of Thinking. The topic of the meeting is “My Inner and External Sources of Support.”
The lecture focuses on the resources that help us cope with difficulties, make decisions, and maintain confidence in our own abilities.
During the meeting, we will explore what external support means — the people, relationships, environments, and experiences that make us feel safe and secure. We will also discuss how inner support develops and gives us the strength to keep moving forward even when the path is unclear or external support is limited.
Special attention will be given to the connection between self-esteem, motivation, and inner resilience, as well as practical ways to build and strengthen both internal and external sources of support in everyday life.
The session will help participants better recognize their own resources and take more confident steps toward change and personal growth.
🍰 A buffet and a welcoming atmosphere will be provided during the event.
⏳ Duration: 2–3 hours.
