If you’re looking for more stability, calm, and connection with yourself during challenging periods in life, we invite you to join the “Mindfulness as a Resource” program.
This course supports people at different stages of recovery, or simply during difficult life periods, in integrating mindfulness practices into everyday life.
The course is based on MBRP-RA, an adapted version of the evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Relapse Preventionprogram, used with permission from the copyright holder.
We do more than simply “meditate.” We learn to:
• Notice automatic reactions, emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations in the present moment.
• Choose a conscious response instead of a habitual “relapse” — in a broad sense, from emotional reactions to unwanted behavioral patterns.
• Gently and consistently return to practice, even when motivation decreases.
Each session follows a clear yet flexible structure: introduction for newcomers → shared practice → group reflection → work with the session theme → nudging (gentle encouragement for home practice).
Everything is adapted to the current needs of the group.
Participants will also receive course materials in Russian and English, as well as audio recordings of the exercises.
Sessions will take place every Friday, starting May 22 at 7:00 PM, once a week.
The first session is free of charge.
Join us if you want to better understand yourself, manage stress more effectively, and build a stable inner foundation for everyday life.
