On March 26, at 20:00, the Opera and Ballet State Theater named after Zakaria Paliashvili will host a jubilee evening in honor of the 85th anniversary of the renowned composer and grandmaster of choral music, Ioseb Kechakmadze. Kechakmadze's unique and innovative contributions have enriched the treasury of Georgian musical culture, garnering international interest.
This year, in a symbolic gesture alongside works from various global artists, two compositions by Ioseb Kechakmadze will be sent to the moon. The anniversary evening will feature performances of Kechakmadze's celebrated creations. Nikoloz Tsulukidze, the evening's presenter, will share intriguing and lesser-known aspects of the composer's life and work with the audience.
