Yoga Nidra in direct translation from Sanskrit means yogic sleep. However the only thing one has to do during the practice, is trying not to fall asleep, and follow the subtle path between waking and dream worlds, in order to explore own subconscious. The condition is entered using deep relaxation, following the voice that is guiding our attention points. The experience and results of this journey is very individual, depending on the intentions of the participants. However mostly attendants leave the session with deep feeling of rest, rejuvenation and lightness.
Yoga Nidra will be conducted in “shavasana”, which is relaxing asana lying on the back. Everybody can take part, without any prior yogic experience.
