As part of the "Personal and Professional Development" training series at the Academy of Thinking, a session will be held with Maia Khositashvili.
The ability to maintain productivity under stress and to balance work and personal life is often challenged by a demanding workload, chronic time shortages, constant changes and instability, high responsibility, critical decision-making, crisis situations, complex tasks, and continuous communication demands.
The main challenge is balancing fatigue and rest. This is why gaining psychoeducation on resilience and productivity management is essential — it supports individuals' psycho-emotional strength and helps preserve their well-being and psychological health.
The goal of the training is to enhance participants' psycho-emotional resilience by providing psychoeducational tools related to stress resistance (resilience) and productivity — supporting their well-being and psychological self-management.
Attendance is in-person only.
The session will include a light buffet and a warm atmosphere.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
