So, shall we dance from the heart?
We’ll start with breathing and gentle Qigong to “switch on” the body. The session will be guided by Dima Harmony.
Then, through the practice of Ecstatic Dance, we’ll move into freedom and the joy of movement. Our guide into the world of music will be DJ Novakovsky.
Why do we need all this? First of all, for pleasure. And also to regain a sense of wholeness: to reconnect with the body, fully activate the breathing process, and release emotions. It’s beneficial for both mental and physical health.
