Join us for a collaborative dinner by Greek chef Grigoris Kikiz and Gigi Aptsiauri, named “Best Young Chef of the Year” by Gault&Millau Georgia. The evening is inspired by the principles of sustainable gastronomy.

He is renowned for his innovative approach that redefined Greek cuisine. His core philosophy: zero-waste kitchen.

The six-course menu follows the principles of sustainable cuisine — using seasonal and local ingredients, minimizing waste, and promoting ethical preparation methods. Each course is paired with Georgian wine from Shukhman Wines.
