On March 27, 28, and 29, Lumos invites you to a three-day Daoist retreat in Tsemi, led by our Qigong teacher Megi and senior Tai Chi instructor Yuri.
Each morning begins with Qigong — gentle, slow movements that calm the nervous system, restore energy, and prepare you for the day.
Afternoons and evenings are dedicated to Tai Chi — movement as meditation, where body and breath unite in a single rhythm.
Daoist practices may seem simple, yet they:
boost energy levels;
improve mood;
balance body and mind;
help navigate everyday challenges;
inspire a sustainable personal practice.
The retreat is fully suitable for beginners — no prior experience is required.
an acupressure workshop on energetic points, where you will learn:
how to support yourself and others during pain or stress;
how to work with fatigue and low energy;
how to ease discomfort in specific organs;
sound therapy for deep relaxation and recovery;
forest walks and breathing exercises;
personal time for rest and self-connection.
We will stay at Gantiadi Hotel, offering a cozy environment, comfortable rooms, and close proximity to the forest — ideal for deep rest and reconnection with nature.
