CX Business Summit Georgia 2026 — Georgia’s leading Customer Experience (CX) event — will take place on April 3 at The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel.
The summit is organized by the strategic CX management agency CX Hub and brings together business leaders, CX professionals, and technology companies to explore how customer experience can become a strategic competitive advantage.
The first CX Business Summit was held in 2023, gathering 250 participants from 70 companies, with one of the world’s Top-10 CX experts, Shaun Belding, as the keynote speaker.
In the following year, the summit hosted 350 delegates from 80 companies across more than 10 industries, with five international speakers, including global CX expert Ian Golding, establishing the event as a regional CX platform.
In 2026, the summit will feature a special keynote speaker — globally recognized CX expert Nienke Bloem (CCXP, CSP).
Nienke is a global CX professional and co-author of CX Game®, an interactive business game that helps organizations practically learn how to build and manage strong CX strategies.
Her keynote, “Great Customer Experiences Do Not Happen by Accident,” presents a practical framework for CX strategy, governance, and organizational transformation using elements of CX Game®.
