On April 17 at 19:30, join us at Lumos for a workshop on conscious games led by Giorgi Mirotadze (Miro).
This is a group practice that combines play, physical movement, and social interaction. It helps participants:
— develop self-awareness
— build emotional intelligence
— create healthier, more authentic relationships
The goal is to build a conscious connection with the body, mind, and emotions.
Through play, participants rediscover themselves, gain energy, and awaken bodily intelligence — using strength safely and respectfully.
It is a personal journey, guided not only by the facilitator but also by other participants.
Play & interaction
During play, the nervous system processes a large amount of information. Interaction helps gently expand physical and emotional comfort zones.
Connection & support
The practice fosters trust and openness: participants connect, support each other, and practice acceptance.
Core principles include safety, respect, and kindness.
Miro learned this practice from its creator Matteo Tanganelli and now shares it independently or together with Moksha Feikart.
