The Academy of Thinking will host a salon discussion titled
“Communication with Yourself: Criticism or Support?”, led by psychologist and psychotherapist Irine Tabutsidze.
People make mistakes, go through crises, fail, and rise again. This is often the natural path of growth. The most important question in such moments is: when something doesn’t work out for us, how do we speak to ourselves? Do we criticize? Blame? Or are we able to offer ourselves support?
During the meeting, we will explore how our inner voice influences our decisions, emotional state, and pace of development. We will look at how internal criticism can be transformed into a conscious, growth-oriented dialogue.
The session is based on the approaches of two influential thinkers — Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis and Robert Dilts’ Logical Levels (Neurological Levels) model.
Together, we will identify our behavioral strategies, understand where the real issue lies, and discover how solutions can be found much faster than before.
A light reception and a pleasant atmosphere will be provided.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
