"My Return" - an autobiographical masterpiece by Johan Cruyff

"The most influential person in football - very briefly, this is how I would describe Johan Cruyff, who created eras as a player, coach and philosopher. He has done more for football with his style, thinking and approach than anyone else. It is no coincidence that the best coach of our time, Pep Guardiola, says about him, "I didn't know anything about football before Johan Cruyff" - such words are not simply said as a sign of respect for people, such words cause feelings that live in you as long as the person you are talking about. I'm happy that I tested all the words and evaluations said to him on myself, in the few meetings when I talked with him about football and other topics. I am glad that Johan Cruyff's autobiography will be available to Georgian readers and fans will get to know one of the biggest names in world football even more closely. His stories, opinions, and attitudes create and shape the flavor that not only coaches and players need, but fans as well. It was important for me and our foundation to translate this book into Georgian. I express my special thanks to the publishing house "Artanuj", which does a great job in the direction of translation and popularization of sports literature." - Shota Arveladze Translated from English by Giorgi AroniaThe book was published with the support of "Arveladze Foundation".
