As part of Tbilisi Gastro Week, an exceptional open-air gastronomic and wine experience will take place, dedicated to Kakheti’s wine and table culture — where tradition meets contemporary taste.
The highlight of the evening will be Florian Guilloteau, Director of Sommellerie at the legendary Ritz Paris and one of the most respected figures in the global wine world.
With years of Michelin gastronomy experience, Florian is renowned for creating the perfect dialogue between wine and cuisine. Under his guidance, the evening’s wine program will feature carefully selected Georgian and European wines, each paired with a specific dish to create a multi-layered tasting experience.
Together with Florian, the wine experience will be led by Ana Godabrelidze — oenologist, academic leader, Chair of the State Tasting Commission, and representative of OIV.
The culinary part of the evening will be presented by three outstanding Georgian chefs:

Together they will create a modern interpretation of the Kakhetian feast through chef-driven BBQ, seasonal ingredients, and elegant canapés.
