💡 Integra Mental Health Center at the Academy of Thinking invites you to the workshop “Boundaries and Relationships: Why Is It So Hard to Say No?”, led by psychologist and existential psychotherapist Nia Dzeria.

➡ The word “boundaries” can often feel intimidating because we tend to imagine boundaries as walls separating us from other people. Sometimes, we avoid setting them because we believe that having no boundaries will help us maintain closeness and connection with others.

➡ In reality, healthy boundaries are not walls that divide us — they are meeting points between ourselves and others. The more effectively we can protect our boundaries while remaining authentic, the better we are able to build genuine and meaningful relationships.
