This group is about how to:
say “yes” and “no” without excuses
reclaim your strength, aggression, sensuality, and aliveness
stop playing roles and be seen in your truth
create your own projects and hold different reactions from others
All in all: moving toward people and saying
“I exist”, “I want”, “I can”, “I feel”.
Format: body-movement practices + writing practices, with experience sharing in a group.
You can choose your depth and level of interaction — no pressure and no “do it at any cost”.
Structure:
1 introductory session + 8 sessions in a closed group, Sundays in February and March.
Facilitator:
Alena Komarova — psychologist, facilitator of body-based and writing practices.

Entry to the group: via a Zoom call (up to 30 minutes).
The introductory session is on January 25 — after it, you can decide whether you want to continue.
