As part of the "Emotions" lecture series at the Academy of Thinking, salon-style discussions will be held with Alexander Jejelava.
Topic: "I Am Not My Emotions"
*"Dear friends, I invite you to another meeting at the Academy of Thinking, dedicated to the topic of emotions. Over the past 20-30 years, the understanding of the importance of emotions in our lives and work has come a long way. When I first studied management about 25 years ago, emotions were either not mentioned at all or considered only in a negative context.
Today, the situation has changed dramatically: according to one of the leading educational platforms, emotional intelligence has become one of the most in-demand areas of training – both in leadership and in professional development.
Virtually all leadership programs, in one way or another, incorporate the knowledge and principles of emotional intelligence. We believe that managing and utilizing emotions can bring great benefits, which is why we invite you on March 25 to discuss how to manage emotions, use them effectively, and more.
I titled this meeting "I Am Not My Emotions" because I want to talk about how you, your personality, and your emotions are separate and not the same thing. If this topic interests you, join us – I’m sure we will have a fascinating discussion."*

The event will feature a buffet and a pleasant atmosphere.
Participation is available both in person and online via Google Meet.
