💡 On June 25, the Academy of Thinking will host a lecture with personal development and addiction specialist Nugzar Dzidziguri on the topic “Why Is Adulthood So Difficult?”
👉 Why do we struggle to take responsibility, establish healthy boundaries, build meaningful relationships, and manage our own lives? Although we grow older, we often continue to operate emotionally through patterns learned in childhood. We may repeat the same conflicts, find it difficult to say "no," depend heavily on others' approval, or neglect our own needs.
This session will explore emotional maturity, relationships, and personal development. Participants will gain insight into the factors that often prevent people from fully embracing adult life and discover practical ways to become more independent, responsible, and self-aware.
Topics include:
• Understanding emotional maturity
• Childhood patterns and their influence on adult behavior
• Personal boundaries and learning to say “no”
• Dependence on external validation
• Healthy relationships and personal responsibility
• Personal growth and self-understanding
The second half of the event will include an open Q&A session, allowing participants to discuss questions and reflections with the speaker.
🍰 Guests will enjoy a light buffet and a welcoming atmosphere for discussion and connection.
⏳ Duration: 2–3 hours.
