Description

Why do we find ourselves again and again in the same cycle — blame, avoidance, attack, or freeze/shutdown — a loop we co-create with our partner, bringing into it not only our share, but also our personal and somatic patterns.

We invite you to an experience-based workshop where:

• we will explore together how relational cycles are formed — not only on a cognitive level, but also in the body, breath, and nervous system.
• we will see how attachment history, somatic defenses, and autonomic activation shape conflict patterns in relationships.
• we will uncover the hidden physiological processes underlying escalation, exclusion, and emotional distancing.
• through demonstrations and practical exercises, we will learn how to support individuals and couples in moving from reactivity toward connection.

This workshop integrates the depth of relationships, nervous system regulation, and embodied therapeutic presence.

The meeting is designed for therapists working with individuals and couples, specialists, students, and anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of relational patterns, closed relational loops, and their clinical impact.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
