This time, we’re visiting Giorgi Virsaladze — a young winemaker who, in just a few years, has become a notable figure in the world of Georgian wine. Not long ago we called him a “rising star,” and now his wines have appeared at festivals, been exported to China, and are steadily gaining recognition on the local market.
We’re especially fond of his Tsitska 2023, which in our group has earned the playful nickname "Legs" — thanks to its unusual label.
And the most special part? On this day, we’ll be joined by Ramaz Nikoladze, founder of the Natural Wine Association of Georgia. In the wine world, he’s known as the "godfather" of young winemakers — and he’ll be our guide in conversation with Giorgi.
