Babel

One foolish mistake, one absurd act—and a person's life changes irreversibly. In an instant, the once prosperous train derails, carrying with it all the accumulated goods, money, family happiness, children, and other positives.

Several interconnected stories set in three distant countries—Morocco, Mexico, and Japan—are united by the common theme of human misunderstanding and complete lack of understanding of one another. The film features Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, and Gael García Bernal.
