ISO 30414 – Human Capital Reporting is the first international standard that enables organizations to clearly understand the real contribution of human capital to business success.

ISO 30414:2018 is the first global standard for reporting on human capital, allowing companies to measure its impact on organizational success. By adopting HR metrics, HR managers can justify change initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
With ICC Georgia as a co-organizer, this training cycle will explore all 11 areas in detail with industry experts.
Session 2, titled “Value,” will focus on financial aspects of human capital management — including budgeting, cost optimization, investment analysis, and ROI calculation.
