A horror podcast host moves into her dying mother's house to care for her. After receiving ten recordings for her show—capturing a pregnant woman and her partner encountering inexplicable paranormal sounds—she realizes the woman's story is disturbingly similar to her own. With each new recording, her grip on reality weakens as she is drawn deeper into a nightmare with no escape.
