July 12–13 at LUMOS, we invite you to the final two-day intensive of the systemic constellation season, led by Tamuna Zhizhialashvili.
Alongside the constellation sessions, you will experience body-based therapeutic practices guided by Tamara, a practitioner of Eastern manual and holistic therapy. Her approach brings greater depth, bodily readiness, and emotional integration to the constellation process.
Participation fee: 350 GEL
What is Systemic Constellation?
Systemic constellation reveals hidden dynamics in family systems and helps identify and heal unhealthy relational patterns often repeated across generations.
This method allows you to work with:
challenges in relationships with parents
recurring conflicts or separations with a partner
difficulty setting and maintaining personal boundaries
fear of repeating the past
childhood trauma and unresolved emotional pain
feeling out of place in family or career
limiting loyalty to family members
confusion in life choices and direction
grief, loss, and separation
chronic or unexplained health issues
unconscious guilt or a sense of "debt"
inheritance or financial entanglements
difficulties in parenting and connection with children
desire to access inner strength and personal source
🌿 During the intensive, each participant will have the opportunity to bring their personal topic for focused work.
🌿 Solution-focused constellations help bring clarity and strengthen healthy bonds in personal and professional relationships.
