Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me

A sequel and simultaneously a prequel to the legendary television series. The film begins with an axe crashing onto the snow-white screen of a television: this is how David Lynch immediately signals that we will be watching not TV, but cinema. It is indeed cinema with a capital "C" that the director creates — about his beloved: the sinful, mysterious, unfathomable blonde Laura Palmer, who in the film takes on flesh and blood, transforming from a corpse wrapped in plastic into a living and restless human being. First, her drama is unveiled, then her tragedy — we experience Laura's last 7 days with her, already knowing that she is doomed.

"Fire Walk With Me" serves as the zero episode of the third season. And we will start watching the third season this Saturday, as always - at the midnight screening.
