Transformation of Myth and Legend

💡 The Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style discussion on the topic “The Transformation of Myth and Legend in Guram Dochanashvili’s Stories,” led by Archpriest Teimuraz Tatarishvili.

The transformation of myth and legend is one of the important literary themes in Dochanashvili’s works. The lecture will explore how the author reinterprets traditional mythological motifs and transforms them into the experience of a modern individual, as well as how real life intertwines with symbolic and allegorical layers of narrative.
