The Academy of Thinking will host a training session led by Marina Kacharava on the topic “What Is Our Body Telling Us?”
The training is dedicated to developing a deeper understanding of the connection between body language, emotions, and our inner state. During the session, participants will learn how to recognize the signals our bodies send through gestures, facial expressions, tone of voice, tension, physical sensations, and other forms of nonverbal communication.
We will also explore how body language can differ from what we communicate verbally, how we interpret another person’s emotional state, and what our own bodies tell us when we experience stress, anger, sadness, joy, or discomfort.
The training includes interactive and practical exercises designed to help participants:
• better recognize their own emotions and physical responses;
• identify signs of tension and discomfort;
• better understand body language and nonverbal communication;
• develop greater awareness of their own emotional state and that of others.
The aim of the session is to help participants listen more closely to their bodies, recognize signals that often go unnoticed in everyday life, and discover another valuable path toward greater self-awareness.
🍰 A buffet and a welcoming atmosphere will be provided during the event.
⏳ Duration: 3 hours.
