Description

💡 Integra Mental Health Center at the Academy of Thinking invites you to the training “Relationship Patterns: Partnership, Expectations & Recurring Scenarios,” led by psychologist and psychoanalyst Giorgi Chanturia.

➡ What do we expect from a partner, and how aware are we of these expectations? Why do the same types of difficulties sometimes recur across different relationships?

➡ Through practical exercises and discussions, participants will explore their own experiences, relationship habits, emotional reactions, and recurring patterns that emerge in romantic partnerships.

➡ Special attention will be given to how our personal history, family experiences, expectations, and unconscious patterns influence the way we choose partners, connect with others, and respond to intimacy and conflict.

💬 The training is designed to encourage self-observation, reflection, and a fresh perspective on our relationships, helping us better understand not only how we relate to others, but also the role we ourselves play in the process of building relationships.

Duration: 2–3 hours.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
