Dreams, crises, trauma, and grief are not just events or states.
A dream is a form in which the field continues to speak when consciousness is silent. It invites us to listen to images rather than explanations.
A crisis is a moment when the old form no longer works and the new one has not yet emerged. It is a pause where transformation becomes possible.
Trauma is a rupture of contact, when the intensity of the experience exceeds one’s capacity to integrate it. The work here is not to "fix" but to gently restore presence.
Grief is the path of returning to the field after loss. It’s not about “letting go” but about being with what is gone—and what remains.
The therapist’s task is not to explain or interpret, but to bear witness.
To create the conditions in which the Self can once again find its movement.
