💡 On April 7, the Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style discussion with Free University assistant professor, translator, and philologist Zaal Chkheidze.
➡️ Topic — “The More I Remember, the More Comes Back to Mind”
Guram Dochanashvili is one of the most distinctive and profound voices of contemporary Georgian literature. His works uniquely combine humor, philosophy, and reflections on the human condition.
His writing teaches us:
• how to recognize the human being in everyday life
• how to reflect on freedom, dignity, and responsibility
• how literature can become a reflection of life itself
The meeting will focus on the autobiographical novel of this great Georgian writer.
This discussion holds special meaning, as Guram Dochanashvili himself delivered several lectures in the space of the Academy of Thinking. As a tribute to the writer, we will once again revisit and discuss his work.
🍰 Guests will enjoy a light buffet and a pleasant atmosphere.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
