When did the first toy appear, and what were the earliest toys like? Using a variety of visual and audio materials, participants will discover:
• fascinating facts about ancient dolls discovered by archaeologists;
• the history of doll-making in different countries;
• the story behind traditional Georgian ethnographic dolls;
• the profession and craft of a doll maker.
At the end of the program, participants will create their own traditional Georgian dolls.
Participation is available both for groups and individuals.
