👨‍🍳 Vasco Coelho Santos 🇵🇹

Michelin-starred chef of Euskalduna Studio and one of the most influential figures in modern Portuguese cuisine.

Recognized as one of the leading voices of contemporary gastronomy in Portugal, Vasco holds one Michelin star and has also been awarded Two Knives by The Best Chef Awards, recognizing his outstanding technique and distinctive culinary identity.

👨‍🍳 Guram Baghdoshvili 🇬🇪

Executive Chef and founder of Chveni and Karater Restaurants, and one of the most progressive names in modern Georgian gastronomy.

His cuisine is built around seasonality, local ingredients, and contemporary fine dining techniques. Guram is known for preserving the authenticity of traditional Georgian flavors while presenting them in innovative and unexpected ways.
