On Wednesday, poet, writer and journalist Tatyana Voltskaya will present her book “The Absence Effect,” published by the Israeli publishing house Book Sefer. It includes a large part of Tatyana Voltskaya’s Georgian Notebook, which she has been keeping since the beginning of her move from St. Petersburg to Georgia.
