Tantra Workshop: Tantric Energy

On Tuesday, July 7th, at 19:00, we invite you to Lumos for a 3-hour workshop titled "Tantric Energy," led by Satsanga.

Satsanga has spent decades teaching Tantra techniques at the Osho Center and in various countries around the world. These workshops focus on the movement of sexual energy within the body, trauma healing, and connecting the heart with the sexual center.

What Awaits You During the Workshop?
Learning Tantric methods is a path that helps you deepen your relationship both with yourself and with others. Tantra is fundamentally based on the polarity between man and woman, masculine and feminine, Yin and Yang.

Exploring the Chakras: During the workshop, we will explore each chakra through the natural magnetic attraction that exists between men and women.

The Journey of Energy: In the first chakra, Tantric energy manifests as pure biological energy, whereas in the fourth chakra-the heart-it becomes divine nourishment. Moving sexual energy from the first chakra to the fourth is an art form that requires time and practice; this workshop will serve as your first step on that journey.

Refining the Senses: To achieve a higher level of unity between body, mind, and soul, our senses need refinement. Heightening awareness of our sensations is an essential part of Tantra. These practices help us connect with the natural flow of vital life force energy within us.

Moving from Mind to Heart: Through meditations and practices, we will begin shifting away from a mind filled with illusions and fantasies toward the heart-the Tantric heart, which is sensitive and full of love.

Direct Experience: We will observe our ability to feel and move energy. This requires authenticity and allows us to experience true intimacy with ourselves. Tantric energy can only be understood through direct experience; by its very nature, it cannot be explained by theory and words alone.

What is the Main Goal of the Workshop?
The primary goal is to discover the most sensitive, vibrant, and natural expression of ourselves, and to flow with ease through the waves that represent our body's most powerful life force. This is an art that can absolutely be learned.
