Day 1. Departure & Enguri

 Departure from Batumi at 8:00 AM
 Stop at Enguri Dam (optional guided tour – 20 GEL, not included)
 Drive to the village of Mazeri with breathtaking views of Mount Ushba
 Lunch and hike to the Shdugra & Mazeri waterfalls in Becho valley (fed by Ushba glacier)
 Distance: ~8 km | Elevation gain: ~400 m | Level: easy to moderate
 Check-in at a guesthouse, dinner, rest

Day 2. Mestia & Ushguli

 Breakfast and transfer to Mestia, explore the town and its famous Svan towers
 Hike to the Chalaadi Glacier
 Distance: ~5 km | Elevation gain: ~300 m
 Drive to Ushguli, the highest inhabited village in Georgia
 Dinner and overnight stay

Day 3. Namkuami Lake & Return

 Breakfast and drive to Shkhara Glacier
 Hike to Namkuami alpine lake, swimming possible
 Distance: ~4 km | Elevation gain: ~500 m
 Lunch at a top local café in Ushguli (not included)
 Return to Batumi via scenic Racha route
 Arrival in Batumi ~11 PM
