Polinomiali Publishing House and Antena Bar continue their series of independent book fairs and invite you to the Summer Book Fair on July 5.

The event offers visitors the opportunity to explore and purchase both new and previously published titles from independent publishers.

Created to support local publishers and artists during challenging times, this initiative aims to introduce their work to a wider audience while encouraging new cultural interactions and creative exchange.

Program

🕕 6:00 PM — "Independent Publishing and Its Challenges" (Polinomiali Publishing House)

Publisher Luka Grigolia will reflect on the first five years of Polinomiali and discuss the realities and challenges of running an independent publishing house in Georgia.

🕡 6:45 PM — Presentation of Timothy Snyder's "On Freedom" (Ziari Publishing)

The book will be presented by translator Khatia Dekanoidze and publisher Nato Alkhazishvili.

Written for those who value and defend freedom, Snyder explores freedom not merely as the absence of oppression but as a positive value, examining the conditions necessary for individuals and societies to become truly free.

🕢 7:40 PM — Presentation of "The Secret" (Indigo Publishing)

Participants from the Indigo Workshop will present a unique publication created from anonymous personal secrets collected and transformed into a book.

🎶 From 9:00 PM, enjoy a music selection by Niko Nergadze.
