Create Photograms: Images without a camera

As part of SOLO Kids, Tbilisi Museum of Photography and Multimedia invites your children to the exhibition "Meeting Place: Mountains", which combines the works of 9 Georgian and international photographers, visual artists and researchers.

After viewing the exhibition, children will attend the workshop - "Photograms: Image without a camera", which will be led by photographer Giorgi Shengelia.

Participants will get to know the principles and possibilities of taking images without a camera, and with the help of a mentor, they will create photograms of various objects, subjects and plants.

Photogram is one of the oldest alternative and experimental methods of image acquisition and provides the opportunity to image objects using only light without a camera.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will organize a pop-up exhibition from the photograms created. Note that children will attend the master class independently, without their parents.
