School of Effective Communication

Communication is a skill. It can be learned, mastered, and applied.

This is a therapeutic CBT group for those who want to learn how to speak clearly, listen attentively, create emotional connections, and establish personal boundaries.

Interpersonal skills can be acquired—just like any other skill.

The CBT therapeutic group is suitable for everyone who wants to improve relationships, learn to say “no,” resolve conflicts, and open up to others without losing themselves.

Enrollment for the CBT-based therapeutic group is ongoing. Each session consists of one hour of theory (interactive lectures where everyone can share, exchange experiences, and ask questions) and one hour of practical exercises.

Each meeting is dedicated to one stage of the contact cycle:

● September 26: Introduction.
How to meet new people, present yourself, and read others? What difficulties arise in this process? How can we better understand each other at the stage of introduction?

● October 3: Closeness and intimacy.
What challenges arise in close relationships and how can communication skills help resolve them? How to make direct requests and say no? How to create and maintain agreements? What is a behavioral contract and why is it useful?

● October 10: Conflict resolution and rules of mindful communication.
Types of reactions in conflicts. How can conflicts strengthen relationships? What is assertive communication?

● October 17: Ending relationships.
Liberation or loss? How to end long-term and short-term relationships in a healthy way? Where does ghosting come from and how can we deal with it?

● October 24 & 31: Therapeutic groups with case discussions (practice only).

The first four sessions are paid in advance — 140₾ (35₾ per session). Two practical sessions are paid separately — 35₾ each.

Registration and payment are open until September 22.

Part of the proceeds will go toward the treatment of Muzhik the cat, a regular guest at Frame.
